Returns
Returns are generally not accepted. We do not offer a right of withdrawal or a voluntary return policy.
Defective or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must provide proof within 7 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered.
Proof must be provided in an appropriate form (e.g., photos or videos clearly showing the issue along with a description) and sent via email to support@vexora-shop.com.
After reviewing your case, we will determine whether a refund will be issued. Returning the item is generally not required unless explicitly requested by us.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be granted if:
- no proof is provided within the 7-day period
- the damage is caused by improper use
- the issue is due to normal wear and tear
Refunds
If your claim is approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
